Job Description
PART 2: KEY FUNCTIONS • Greet every customer with a smiling face. • Should have sufficient product knowledge of assigned area. • Should have good skills of customer service. • Should be punctual and perform assigned job. • Responsible for merchandising of given area. • Must have knowledge of House Hold department. PART 3: Daily Tasks • Arrive at least 30 minutes before store opening in the morning. • Responsible for cleaning of given area. • Must implement FIFO during replenishment. • Responsible for the Expiry & damage of assigned area. • Responsible to submit out of stock report to floor supervisor. • Always follow clean as you go procedure. • Make sure all Edge Shelf Label is available. PART 4: Contact Store Supervisor in case of the following: • In case of any customer demand & problem. • If any item is without bar code or if there is a price difference. • If found any damage product on shelve. Part 5: Must avoid the following
